Money Back

This can only be offered if we have not finished your design or your design was unable to be finished in time.
We will also allow this if you request a cancellation before we have started.

Cancellation

A cancellation can happen when a customer cancels a design or the funds where not able to be retrieved
from customers method of payment. Also it is possible we cancel an order due to other circumstances out
of our reach. Either way the customer will be informed of any cancellation as soon as possible.

Refund

A refund will be available on Cancellation or Money Back situations.
